My ETL - Log and Flow TL are so worried about getting the truck done that they spend almost no time properly training new TMs. I waste so much time rezoning wrongly placed items and back stocking over-stocked products. I bring it to my leaders attention but nothing ever gets done. Am I SOL?
I sort combos and sort /detrash 4s while working the back of the line. We have someone on the floor sorting and pushing 6s since back to school was so heavy. I'm sure it will change now that we are going into halloween.
I am a new-ish team member (hired within the past two months) and I orginally got hired for part time. Now I am hitting 40 hours every week because no one else wants to stay to work more than a 4-5 hour shift.
