It was added to the TM handbook a couple years ago, so I assume its the new norm for progression TMs if they are maxed out and didn't get a raise the previous year. A few TMs in my department got it a couple weeks ago I think. I'm not at the top of the pay scale so I won't get it for a few years.

Any other DCs gotten lucky with raises lately? Our hourly TMs haven't gotten a raise in almost 3 years now.

Ours is thrown in carts. Last I knew only 1 DC had theirs connected to the mezz so far, not sure when/if others will be tied in. I also thought we had parts for a 2nd ITM sitting in a trailer in the truck yard, but who knows when that will ever be installed if its even still there.

Yeah, same at ours. Ops got a decent raise in the middle of 2021, think MTs got their raise in 2022. Nothing since then for step progression TMs. At least they rolled out the yearly bonus if you are capped out for the whole year and don't get a raise. Though on the other hand, that was probably...

Whenever I have switched between weekends and weekdays I have just partnered with my new OM and they let me adjust the days so fit my new schedule. Even if the calendar is full in your new department/key they will still let you keep it since it was previously approved.

Kind of varies in my experience. Back when I was in the market for a job change they only ran it 3-4 times a year. Usually shortly after fall season, around the summertime, and before fall season. At my building the LTR items are handled by the IM team members from warehousing. Along with processing damage and running a few reports for the warehouse clerical.

I think they look at a rolling calendar for attendance. So it won't wipe on Jan 1st. Each occurrence drops off 1 year after the day you were absent.

My building only posts backup spots for yard coordinator spots. Everything else like clericals and backup LWW are just chosen by OMs.

Yeah, I imagine ours will be pretty messed up after a week of 105+ temps with more on the way next weekend.

In DCs the shorts rule is mid-thigh or longer, this doesn't seem to be enforced, but we aren't customer facing employees either.

Since they removed workday learning from personal mobile devices, do we still at least get notifications through the workday app about assigned training? I never hop on a PC at work to do training unless I see a notification on my phone.

Yeah, only downside I remember from when I was in warehousing was that they were slightly harder for me to pull on a RR since they were all black so it was a little harder to line my forks up right, but it wasn't that big of a deal.
