One of the key holders in my store dropped his keys, a TM found them and took them to TSC. Will the ETL be written up?

Can someone tell me what exactly the GSTL's are suppose to be doing if everyone up front is doing basically what the GSA's and GSTL's were doing a few months ago? Ours do nothing.

None of the ones at my store did, they had the 2 people in mind already and even lied to one of the GSA about them hiring.

We were told they would be going over reports and checking everyones red card sign up's! I cant see them doing much of anything. And one of the new GSTL's basically called cashiers losers.
