We used to have a sign out sheet as well, but I guess one day they decided to not put it up and we've been that way for the past six months or so.

I love it when people don't want to put their clothes on the belt so that it won't get dirty. Let's completely forget that many people try those clothes on and they're probably never washed. The belt getting it dirty should be the least of your worries.
