I'm entering into a Tarbucks where policy and standards have been extremely lax. A few partners at my store have multiple facial piercings that they don't remove/cover up, unless we have a big visit. As a recently promoted TL, how should I go about enforcing the no facial piercings policy...

To those team members I was working with on a dairy pallet: thank you so much for moving at the pace of a snail going uphill and going EVEN SLOWER when our ETL told us we had ten minutes left to finish it. I really appreciate being the only one making an effort. I truly do.

Just curious to see how many of you guys on here worked a double for the 4th. I came in at 7A and when I asked how long I could stay, I was told I could stay as long as I wanted. So I worked til close.

I've seen a few people mention that part of the problem is that people aren't put in the same aisles every day, but I fail to see how that's actually a problem? Regardless of the aisle you're working, it should take minimal effort to eyeball the ends of the aisles to see what's on them while...
