Its free money if you do up to 10% they match what you put it. Now there is stipulations on getting that matched funds but its always worth it as its investing in your future.

Even higher volumes store are looking that way nowadays. Super targets or pfresh or GM doesn't matter as the company trims payroll and we were a much higher volume store and got the same day time coverage with one closer in grocery, hardlines and softlines. Its sad how cheap target has gotten.

If you look at the job descriptions they are very broad for a reason. Target is expecting you to step up to the plate as they trim all the payroll they can to make it look good as sales aren't looking so hot so the company gotta make themselves look good some how. Expenses down! Revenue stays...

I think they should have paid the 12,000 to make it go away. I'm sure the legal defense for target costs more then that to prep even a very small defense for this case.

Must be a pretty high volume store to have that many folks closing. The store I'm at has dropped to one to two closers at most. That's the problem with shifting to an early morning store from an overnight process.

So you can be stuck in the spot you are at forever. To be a bridesmaid forever instead of a bride =p. (Tm instead of a team lead). Once you are indispensable in your current spot they may be hesitant to move you up

Wouldn't surprise me. The VML we have is okay but certainly overpaid for what they are currently doing. I still think if the company would have put the hours into the mannequin maintenance beforehand the VML position wouldn't have been necessary but at this point its a moot point. Target once...

Yeah but the PMT is in charge of the whole store's maintenance while the VML is only in charge of a few areas that equals or less then most TLs Departments and certainly not more work then what Sr.Tls do.
