    We have compost bins at my store, nothing ever goes in compactor. Donate or compost bins. We dump liquids like milk/juice and recycle the container. We have a space for dry donations, and market is called for their refrigerated/fresh/frozen donations at time of food bank arrival.

    Pay period calendar?

    It may be different depends on state. I'm in California, it's every 2 weeks on a Friday, we got paid Dec 6th, next is 20th. Pay period is 12:00am sunday to 11:59 saturday. So whatever I worked last week (Dec 1st-7th) and this week (Dec 8th-dec14th) will be on the 20th check.

    Sick hours

    It will roll over. But you max out at 80. So you will not accrue any more until you spend some of that 80. Also here in CA, you can only use 48 sick hours a year. So in January people start taking extra days off to get under 80 and start accruing again. This may vary by state.
