    Guest loyalty is huge at Target. If the guest goes all the way home and finds that the thing is broken and has to drive back, they are going to be pissed. No Team Lead I know would yell at you for driving guest loyalty, so I would say you are okay to warn guest about certain items. I wouldn't...

    Well I don't really agree with the 6:30 one, that is like busiest time of the day. I'd question that. However, I don't know how your ETL's/TL's are....but at my store..The ETL's and us TL's make it a productive time and also we make it a little fun. :)

    What time do you guys do huddles? We do ours at 8am when the store first opens and around 9ishpm for the closing team. That way basically everyone can attend huddles.

    Technically assistant front end manager. If you want to get technical. As a GSA you will do even more work than you did before, or you at least SHOULD do more work than you did before for a minor pay raise.

    I had a guess who actually complained to me as TLOD that we should add a community pool, that way we could be more community orientated. The lady couldn't see any reason why that would be a bad idea, and later brought me in flyers for pool places nearby. Good god...:)

    Archived I got the GSA position

    Congrats! Be prepared to do more work then what you get paid for, especially if your GSTL's blow. Also you now have to encounter any problem guest before the LOD does, so good luck and keep them calm!! But it is a great developmental position. Congrats!

    Huddles are actually very important. As a TL, it's a great way to communicate anything your driving, or any changes in the store. Also, when you are TLOD it's great to be able to delegate the task list. :)

    Just a couple days ago we had a Code Yellow. The minute the kid is found, we also found he had gotten scared and his diarrhea was up and down two toys aisles. :(
