I'm a CTL.I'm the only person all vendors deal with.I sign off on all liquor orders no matter how small.Along with receiving team member who helps me keep vendors in check.Don't exceed shelf capcity..use MyStats to check sales regardless what liquor vendors say..they will sell you their mother...

I'm repeating what's already been said..RESPECT...treat them as you would expect to be treated...

During 4th quarter a sesonal tm asked how late we would be staying after store close,I said probably 1:30 or 2am..she said F### that Im outta here..few minutes later heard the store alarm go off..lol

2 weeks prior to our transition I met with each vendor involved. .soda first..we would de merch the evening of,they would fill the morning after,I even had them sign off on our plans..what does the soda vendors do first thing Sunday morning. ....de merch all their product..no soda on the sales...

So our STL asked me for a copy of Mondays vendor score card,hasn't posted yet. I asked her what was up she's after vendors that were not waiting at receiving to set their pogs prior to store open..5am according to her...she's pissing away relationships that took me along time to build...

We're several days into our transition,it has gone really well...new soda end cap is interesting weekly soda update spells out how 2 different soda vendors merch. the end cap. ...our stl is abit overboard with vendor expectations she thinks they should b lined up at 5am at receiving to fill...

I was going to ask the same question on SRTL pay,I'm currently a CTL making $17 per hour,what can I expect as a raise?

Has anyone heard of a "new " position of Visual Merchandising Leader pay grade 17?

Reset at my store has gone really well. Few schematic issues, some vendor product not in store yet that's about it.

I'm done with mine. I have an awesome team cant wait and see what kind of a raise they get..LOL..with all the money Spot lost in Canada raises will be a joke,embarrassing to give a top performer 9 cents an hour.

I see this a lot in small appliances. I asked a guest once why she was opening the package, her answer was she wanted to make sure it had a cord/plug because the displays have no cord/plug. I see this a lot and I get the same answer...

No matter the item. dairy, frozen or refrigerated QMOS it... you don't know how long its been out of the temp. danger zone.

I heard conversion as we know it is gone, no more promps at the register, self checkout is here at least testing at some stores in my district

Our STL made such a big deal about this..4 tm's to set up work/ event, the LOD provided Frozen music in the background,1 extra AP tm brought in....No one showed up., no lines...nothing! gift bags were handed out to anyone who wanted one...
