Does anyone happen to know ETL paygrades? I saw someone on here post a pic a few months back, but I’m just trying to figure out if I got screwed in my offer.

I still have TL’s closing weeknights with the closing lead just as extra support. They’ll rotate out different closing days in the week in their own work center not as LOD to work with their team. It’s worked really well so far.

Just ask questions and take notes you’ll be fine throughout your business college experience. Try to create a good relationship with your STL when you get to your homestore as they can truly impact your development if they care enough to. Partner with ETL HR to learn how to best manage things...

Minimum is 3 but if I’m not mistaken even if you don’t work 3 hours I think you actually have to get paid for 3 hours. Like during orientation if your orientation takes an hour and a half you still get paid for 3. It’s probably the selling training ‍♂️

So just playing devils advocate here, but has anyone actually told an etl they there is an issue? Has anyone communicated to anyone that they claim on here to be scoring so low that there is a legitimate problem? Part of the issue is we can’t fix something we don’t know about and if you wait...

That’s interesting! We are keeping our rotation so I’m curious based off of pilot store feedback which model they’ll use for the full rollout in 2019

One person will close M-F and on the weekends ETL’s will still rotate. During the week usually one other TL will close every night just as support, but they are scheduled as coverage in their department. They are responsible for zoning and gobacks etc.

Just to clear some things up: This pilot eliminates the differentiation in pay grade for having/not having keys. There is a VERY good chance that when this goes live all TL’s will have keys. Any SR that had keys before doesn’t lose them, but they aren’t going to be paying you more for having...

Yeah you’ll still be a key carrier, but if I were you you’re going to want to try to be the Closing Lead. It’s the only position that’s (at this point) guaranteed to keep keys and they are considering it to be the (new) step under an ETL if, that is, you are trying to promote. Plus it’s Monday...
