Yeah im a chem DBO and i only get 27hrs a week and the no cover on my days off i just get to work harder when i get back.

They normally have a good idea of who can do what and how the process works at there store and you dont necessarily have to listen to everything but getting there advise well help you...
This is the 1st time i have ever heard of there being training guides. I think if target wants there teams to do everything independently then their going to need more then 4hrs of training with a random TM
