Not that I practice this myself but it’s best practice to scan every bag only when the guest arrives for order accuracy reasons so Target won’t go for #1.
#2 has been beat to death on this forum and elsewhere. Target won’t go for that. Guest first. Right now they get a gentle reminder and I’m...
I liked the Classic POS design of “scan something to get started,” but I realize that this was probably intentionally not done with New POS as it would slow down the application. I would probably still rather have it this way though than jump around to different menus for different functions.
As someone who worked electronics a lot in my early years with Target I can relate. As soon as I walked away from my area to grab a CAF or reshop… ”FAST SERVICE NEEDED IN ELECTRONICS!!! FAST SERVICE NEEDED IN VIDEO GAMES!!!!”
I don’t recommend refunding it to a GiftCard. When the exchange is purchased with a GC, should they decide to just return it later, they will be throwing a fit when they can only get GC credit.
Right? Target has the resources to ditch Indyme as a vendor and develop their own proprietary system. The myDevice alerts seem to just get ignored or go unnoticed 🤷🏻♂️ Back in the day if the Indymes went to second request the LOD would be screaming on the walkie.
