    I dont annoy people about it I just ask them once in a while. My GSTL annoys them so I know what not to do. But it hard to learn when your GSTL is always dissappearing or always on their phone and the gsa's are a new except one but shes on a leave. My GSTL has a horrible attitude and no one does...

    The most ive gotten was 11 when I was a cashier but these 2 cashiers get like 16 a day.

    Well they must like you because they hang up on the people in my store. They hung on at least 3 of my ETLs also.

    We have enough hours not to have to do that everyone get like 32 hours a week. We have 5 GSTLs and 5 GSAs.

    I know and there like I want to speak to the store manager so im like fine. So I just call an LOD to deal with their hissy fits.

    I dont know but my store is pretty busy. Like most of you guys say your gsa also do guest service/cashier Im not allowed to do that. When I first got my position they gave me a shift on the salesfloor, so my STL and ETL had a fit that they put me on the sales floor.

    Am I the only one that hates calling 718 for overrides? They only help on rare occasions, most of the time they hang up on me, or just say no. Whats the point of them and when I asked to speak to the supervisor who apparently hung up on me.

    If we are the only ones running the floor we cannot hop on unless a ETL cover the floor. If my Gstl is there then I hop on and no one really answer the walk even though we are high volume. Sometimes I dont even have equipment and I once had to run the floor by myself with no equipment just a key...

    You cant really speed weave that much at my store its pretty much just call for back-up.

    My store is pretty High volume so between change and of course speed weaving and making sure back doesn't exist its pretty difficult especially since everyone thinks there issue is more important than the rest.

    As a GSA they want me to be 2 places at once. How is if possible to watch the front, find a price, and get change all at the same time? I must be a magician. If its possible please tell me I'm still trying to master this skill.
