Wait are you guys talking about normal day side backroom? If so we have to pull/push all of our own stuff as well as all the other normal routines. We never have anyone else come to help push CAFs. Whatever doesn't get finished is left for flow, but we're typically required to make sure all of...
Not sure how your backroom has time to stand around. I feel like I don't ever have enough time to finish everything. There's always stuff needed to be pulled/pushed on top of all the other stuff we need to handle like setting the line/disposing cardboard/back stocking.
Hello so I have question about backroom and assumed this might be the thread to post it. So today is my first closing backroom shift and I was wondering what are the things I have to have done before the end of the night. I know set the line, push any left over cafs, backstock any stuff left...
Hello, so I just checked the 2 week out schedule and saw I have cart attendant shifts. Which I've gone out and gotten carts for up to 2 hours during a hardlines shift but never had a real CA shift. This is also not the only new area they've scheduled me under recently. I got thrown into pfresh...
So last night at work a co worker asked me to pick up a shift Sunday so we got the shift form signed by the LOD, but today when I looked online at the schedule the shift wasn't added. What should I do? I don't want to go in Sunday and not have the shift and also don't want him to have a ncns

After being not asked to come in tomorrow and only getting 12.5 hours, I checked my schedule for next 2 weeks and i have 31 (picked up 8 from team members) and 22.5 hours the following weeks. Unless they do the same thing and ask me not to come in things seem to be getting better at least at my...
Hello, so I was hired on as seasonal and they kept me. I'm just curious to what's going to happen when my 90 days are up. It should be sometime next week. If I've made it this far should I expect to stay or will that be the day they decide to keep me?
Thanks for the responses and yeah if they terminate me or just watch me its my fault for letting this happen. I'ts something I won't let happen again if they keep me on though.
Hello, so I'm a salesfloor member and the other day they asked me to cover electronics lunch because i was the only on working hardlines. It was my first time doing so and while covering I was trying to help a ton of guests. One lady came up to the register and i scanned her items bagged them...
