    Anything that has contact with skin and cannot be sanitized absolutely has to be defected out when returned. I'm electronics, but you'd be surprised how many GS reps will return open and used earbuds and throw them in reshop. So gross.

    I'd be pumped if my store got Makeup Geek! I have a massive makeup collection, and her single shadows are my every day go-tos. My husband may actually murder me though if I start coming home with new makeup every day. But hey, employee discount and red card savings!

    Hi all..So before we got the system update we could just scan the protection plan and it would ask if it was for a previous purchase. It's not allowing that any more, does anyone have a work around that doesn't involve returning/re-purchasing it with the plan? Guest is supposed to have 14 days...
