    I had a meeting with my Etl Hr about 3 weeks ago to ask how I would rate myself on my pcci just so there wouldn't be any suprises....really I know how I would rate myself because of numbers but I don't think that it is a true reflection of my job.

    We are expected to do all the areas for that day. Not 3 aisles or just one area but all the areas for that day. It makes no sense. Yesterday I was the only hl and I was expected to do HBa and cosmetics. Oh and do reshop and help guests and cover electronics breaks.

    I'm new in role myself and it's not too bad. It's just tough leveraging all the managerial stuff with the cafe side.
