Team members at my store have a tendency to leave box cutters everywhere. I've told TL's and the store's ETL many times, but no one has a talk with the team. It won't be until someone gets hurt and they have a lawsuit on their hands that they address the issue.

Yeah, any time I have tried to access ehr at home it has either been really slow or doesn't work at all. It works very smoothly at Target though.

I'm wondering if someone takes a shift if it will change on target.com/viewschedule? Is there a certain time of the day that HR will take the shift swap board and change the schedules or is it only done once a week?? ALSO, this one is a random question, is every Target undergoing renovations...

I understand. What I hate is how I have been the one to worry about this the entire time I have been working for Target, but have been screwed over by all my Instocks team members multiple times. I'm not saying the "right" thing is to do this back to them, but I'm sick of being screwed over by them.

Thanks redndkhaki - I turned in a written two weeks notice yesterday (which did include my last day available to work) and signed the paperwork for voluntary resignation.

Also for the people who weren't being rude right away - if someone was to take my last two shifts, would I be okay? I don't plan on returning to Target at all, I just don't want to leave on bad terms.
