Thats exactly why I've trained the seasonals how to pack. We've lost half of our experts and our SD had to explain to the higher-ups why they're packing. There isn't enough experts to cover packing (unless we work insane hours and live at the store, literally), and there isn't enough seasonals...

We're the department that very few actually understand. If theres something wrong with a team in the store, we'll know. They just don't listen to why we're failing to come green, because they think we simply need to work with a "sense of urgency." A good speed is nice and all, but accuracy...

Thats the idea, experts will pack and seasonals will pick. I love how no one even mentioned what we'll do when we take lunch, or run out of Zebras. Its not just our department that have seasonals, and the others will have have their own. This was a problem every year, and nothing changed...

I'm all for it, if INFs are no longer our problem. Store-wide problems slows us down soo much.

Are they upset that we spend too much time looking for INFs, or something? It sounds like they want people to game the system to boost their score.

I'm actually glad. My store uses it as a cop-out excuse to not properly schedule us to make sure everything is packed on-time. Something was bound to happen, and now you need to pack properly? Nice. The only "cheat" is throwing fake-pack orders in boxes, then. You mind as well finish them...
