There are replacement connector thingies, although I know nothing about ordering them.

I'm on softlines breakout and we have to stack our own boxes from the line, so basically nothing really gets broken out until truck is unloaded. Sucks for us.

We just got a new STL after ours bounced right before Thanksgiving. We were down an ETL too. We did fine during Q4. No other visiting STLs, but I do feel like we had more DTL visits.

Ugh.

We are allowed black pants at my store as well, and people have always been getting away with black denim.

Last year we had a snowstorm that caused about 40 people to call in. No one was reprimanded. ASANTS but you have a good attendance record so hopefully it's no big deal.

Very grateful that all current my leads haven't jumped shipped. We are down 2 keyholders (STL and ETL-LOG quit right before Thanksgiving) and our current leadership has really stepped it up during the holiday season.

In my year and a half at Target, I've had to wait for someone at least 3 times. I wanna say the longest we waited was 45 minutes. Each time we all just did a punch correction for when our shifts were supposed to start.

And obviously they can change the dress code whenever they want so if they really want jeans forever, just do the damn thing.

I think that if we are up 4% in sales company wide in Q4, we can wear denim every day. Someone correct me if I heard wrong. Right now, we are able to wear denim every day through Dec. 31st.

I know I never did, but I've heard of complaints where they find it harder to identify TMs. Hell, people complained that our new sign isn't red.

I"m just now hearing about "Denim Forever." What does everyone else think and do you think the sales goal is obtainable? I personally hardly ever wear khakis since my store allows black pants, but I would prefer to wear jeans daily. I feel like guests will complain at first, but if they...

I'm on breakout. At my store, it is the push team's job to fill as needed and then back stock what doesn't fit, but we know the push team (mostly newer hires) has a tendency to overstock, especially tables, so instead of putting everything on the metros we will box up what we know will be back...

My STL's last day was yesterday, then there was a fire in the trash compactor today. Coincidence? 🤷‍♀️
