    Depends on if your going from a key to b key or 1st shift to 2nd. If you go say a2 to a1 you would keep it just like switching a department on the same key you keep it. Not sure how going from a2 to b2 would work though.

    They told our icqa they are overstaffed by 8 and to expect drastic hour cuts but no more info then that. So doing the math an entire shift per week. After just cutting leads so now all the cut leads and icqa have to fight for the handful of positions. The icqa senior and om had zero answers...

    We were told ICQA and IB problem solvers are a seperate department but both report to the ICQA OM, other change is that the problem sovers are taking over damage defender. Nothing about the two cross training with each other.

    A1 vs B1

    More likely its everybody on B1 has FMLA and never works overtime. They have done mandatory OT for specific departments or groups but Ive never seen OT for specific keys only.
