talk to everyone that is in charge at your store (ETLs, TLs, STLs). but keep in mind they wont train you in other areas unless you're reliable and do your work at your current work station.
what i would do in this case is bring it up by not snitching. if they ask why youre asking say a guest asked you and you simply said you weren't sure. that way you know if your store allows them to give the 5% or not, you can then decide if you wanna snitch or not.
she will most likely have problems clocking in, but it's a simple thing an LOD can fix when she gets to the store. nothing to be worried about, honestly.
i dont think there's like a certain period of time where only seasonal's work (if that makes sense). if you're still on the schedule for the next couple of weeks it's a good sign and you were probably hired on
I would have called the GSTL/GSA as soon as you felt something wrong. I had that happen to me when at the lanes and I felt something wrong was going on but I didn't say anything. Eventually they ended up pulling me into the office and talked to me about it.
