I really think we need a more diverse CEO.... Target could really use the touch of a black woman. I'm being serious. I'm not a fan of Brian's Target. Everything is blah.....beige housewares, boring artwork, prairie dresses, and street walker clothes.

Same here. I called out once this past year(fainted and fell on my face) and I'm the highest performer on my team. They used the excuse that I'm not flexible with my schedule. You hired me knowing I only had this availability. I'm definitely going to use my sick time now. I got DEO last...

They'll never enforce proper mask wearing. In my store, TLs are the biggest offenders.

I swear our team lead hid the cleaner because it takes too much time away from picking. I bought my own pack of wipes.

I've only been able to work 6-2 shifts since I first started 3 yrs ago and that's what they give me. Not many people in my store want to work so early or aren't reliable to actually wake up.

There's TMs that call out every week on my team and they continue to have a job. I think you'll be okay. Just call out at 6am.

Question....do you all have to zone while picking? With the new system with everything dropping with an hour left to pick, it's hard enough to get done in time and now they want us to zone too. Not to mention, I freaking always have to go in the backroom fridge and freezers because nothing is...

They need to give us at least 2 hours for OPUs....these new batches suck!! All day I had to run around like a chicken with it's head cut off. Every batch I went in, had about 30 minutes with 35+ items. Doesn't give me much time to dig shit out of the backroom to keep INFs down.

This would encourage people to come in sick. I appreciate those who called out due to having symptoms. I don't want to work around sick people.

There are very few of us left wearing masks. I will continue to wear them because I have an 11 year old unvaccinated child at home. I'm hoping they put the mandate back on. There are so many people coughing and sneezing in my store.
