BA You are right that a BA is a college degree but as far as I know you can get an associate degree from a college wich is a degree but to get a BA you need to go to a university. All I wanted to say was now you dont need a BA to be an ETL:)

degree Looked up last week the newest AE12 about Etl core roles and requirements in workbench....you dont have to have a BA anymore to qualify just college degree and some supervisor experience!
