Are they supposed to automatically come in the mail after hire, or do you have to request they be sent? I've never received one.

I actually called in to my store to ask about my application, and was able to set up an interview right then and there. Communication in my store sucks though, so I had to call in almost every step of the way.

I almost cried a couple of times last night, and only wanted to kill myself about 500 times. Luckily, almost every guest I had was super understanding and kept telling me it wasn't my fault. Any word on if this has been resolved?
