I decide to leave Target too! My last was Saturday-11/1/2014. A head hunter from Best Buy visited our store and offered me a position. I was taking too much heat from my TL for spending too much time with guest and educating them on TV's.

Our ETL-HR has no clue regarding Human Resources. They're just a warm body. She has no prior HR experience too! I work in HR during the week for another company and she couldn't hold a candle to save her life.

First time using device over the weekend. Meh', not the greatest!

I offer sleeve and back tattoos, but there is a time and place for them.

Team members with sleeve tattoos have to ensure the guest notices them by pushing their long sleeves up.:cool:

Again, I understand shopping on the clock is not allowed If a TL/ETL/STL/XTL/Insert Name says "Make sure you update your time off or availability" my guess is it's work related.

Right, but I don't think every situation it will be that easy. I've used a similar statement a few times and Guest scoff like I need to drop what I'm doing to help them.

Oh a few other things you shouldn't be doing on the clock..... Writing/Checking your schedule. Grabbing food for lunch- I don't necessarily agree with this. When you're stopped by a guest while punched-out asking for assistance. It cuts into your break. I doubt everyone brings a different...

I completely agree with shopping guidelines, but the availability changes! It's ridiculous.

So we received a notice at the time-clock last night. A few things I find odd.... You are not allowed to change your availability while on the clock. I find this rather alarming. As soon as you set foot in your store, for work, you should be paid. You are not allowed to shop or purchase...

I found out that if you are team member, you can apply through the corporate website. Talent Profile via E-HR is only available for TL's and higher.

I highly doubt they will look that far back.

I have gone to the STL. I think they have had multiple people in this position over the last 5 years! I have combed over the handbook many times.
