Store is going super extra with safety, they haven't told TLs about the new DTL. It looks like the district is also following our extra safety steps we are doing. What is the new inbound process? Is it like how you describe in the inbound process thread?

Everyone says pallets can be over the edge of the steel. You want the pallet all the way in but sometimes that doesn’t happen so it’ll be over the edge. If it does happen, no more than 3 inches over the edge of the steel. Is this just what the store says? It feels a bit unsafe but I can’t find...

Honestly that’s how my store used to work. “You know how to use it? You’re certified” even though there was no paperwork or computer training.

He’s able to use his hand and fingers. The finger got jammed around the door sensor but was only injured. Luckily he or someone was able to press the STOP button when it started to happen. If it wasn’t pressed, might of cut it off

It’s been like that since last year. PML knew about it and fixed it. Someone kept jamming a key in to make it broken again. It only took an injury for it to be taking seriously.

TM did something you shouldn’t be doing with the power equipment. But at the same TM was not certified and most of leadership didn’t care if someone was certified to use the powered equipment. The powered equipment was on nearly 24/7. That’s why there’s signs saying not to do it. It also shows...

Yup in SoCal. Did you hear about my store? You would think so but lots of the old timers thought they were certified. Come to find out it had expired for awhile.

Yup. TLs and ETLs collected personal keys from everybody with only TLs having personal equipment keys. They were nearly all Lowe’s copies.

If it gets worse for me (either via store retaliation or otherwise), wouldn’t this protect the current leadership more? Also, could the store find out who reports something to the hotline if I declare anonymous?

TLs and ETLs have been asked questions for the investigation but I have not. The issue is affected leadership is part of the investigation team.

They’re currently looking at current leadership but I want to let them know of former ETLs that played a part in the bad key control.
