I’m really close with all of my ETLs and my STL and as bad as it sounds, I think they give the crappy LOD shift to the SrTL they don’t like (closing shifts). As long as I’m on good terms with my ETLs I think I’ll be ok haha. Most of our leadership team is horrible anyways so I’m hoping I stand out

I heard they were getting rid of senior position but my ETL told me to be ready for a senior promotion so I’m confused lol Interested in seeing what the changes entail!!!

Hi everyone! New to this forum. I’m presentation/price change TL. I’ve been with Target for 2.5 years and I’ve been a TL for 1.5 years! Was hoping to get in touch with other PTL’s for tips/advise 😊
