    It doesn't sound like it's going to be a big deal. I would not want to leave my vomiting child with somebody else. I don't even know that anybody would volunteer to take them. If you only called out the two times, you're probably good. They'll probably tell you not to make it a habit.

    Our new SD has been with the company for 15 years and came up from a TM. She was my mentor when she was a SrTL. She's not only a terrible leader but a terrible human. She is so toxic and gaslights the hell out of the team.

    My sister-in-law does this for a different company. She says she sometimes has to make the pog before packaging is finalized or they change the package after the fact.

    Our SD and ETL rejected an applicant because they sniffed too much during their interview. Makes me think they were just blowing smoke up our ass that they were hiring.

    Same, I've done 10 years between my two stints. I'm quitting after We close on our house and I'm considering not even giving a two weeks. I've never done that.

    Our weekend in style was awful. They did 50k over forecast with only one closer. I wouldn't be surprised if they only scheduled one. They have me closing alone all week. 🤔🤔 The SD actually tried to help do truck and commented how bad the zone was.

    My mentor went through interview questions with me. I got interviewed for the bench which in hindsight sucks. It made me open my eyes and I got another job.

    All of my style department is on fire. Nobody cares. After our refinance goes through, I'm leaving. I had hope that our new SD would help bring us back but nope.

    Day vs close shifts

    We do not work at the same store for sure lol. I only close style and we bust our butts to make up for the crap that day shift 'doesnt get around to' plus all the dbo stuff and closing duties.
