My last ETL had her last day in the company on Friday. She was one of the influences in me departing the company. That leaves the ETL-HR as the only one left among execs.
Another STL in the district also left the company in December. I think that brings the district down to two STLs who are...
Since leaving last March, the only ETL/STL left is my HR. We had a small group of ETLs. We had one ETL get transfered to another location but all the others have left the company.
You only have three shifts left, why not work them out and then be done with them. It would look better in the long term. I know it can be mentally draining in the short term but it will look better on you in the long term to finish it out.
It’s the same working for UPS. I needed an in between job until a better one starts in January. Anyways a new facility opened in my area. They made the job sound so appealing and how you can promote fast and you can get a bunch of hours during the holidays but I’d be lucky to get 6 some days...
I was granted short term during the holidays for surgery I had to have done so being an holiday shouldn't be an excuse to not grant someone disability or LOA. Granted my manager pushed harder to get me out shortly after I returned but they let me go through with the leave. Knowing what I know...

Another PMT in the district quit. The same one that had filled in for me last December while I went on leave. He was originally was going to be my replacement totally until another PMT quit before I did.
I remember my first trim a tree set, it was very hard to locate parts needed and connecting points. I had to order parts just to make it work so took me longer to complete the set.
Man upon doing some closet digging. I didn’t realize I had 9 different pairs of khakis before I made the switch to PMT. I’m kinda glad I can make use of them again.
I’d say I’d give up khakis but they are still in good shape and I’m using them in my current job. I already destroyed most of my polos and shirts that had any T branding. I do still have a couple red non T branded polos remaining that I’ll keep around.
I add in a grey Target sweatshirt from...
