My store just don’t have any leadership anymore in fact there’s just a lot of tm bodies currently so we never have to worry about deadlines/goals. I see our team just slack off chit chatting or pretend to pick throughout the day

I love my target store leadership they always approved my time off requests I’m still young so I needed it to enjoy my youth.

Market’s not bad at all you just need TMs that has great work ethic to get shyt done. I loved working there for half a year until I switch to Backroom and then now Fulfillment. Then whenever the coolers and freezers broke it’s gg donezo KEKW

Today I matched my pick units and productivity to be the same as my peer it was interesting how big of a difference compared to when I was going above beyond everyday. Now that they say I’m just meeting expectations I’ll show them whatsup.
