You should 100% initiate that conversation and not wait for someone to bring it up to you. So many problems are avoided from the getgo when you just be honest and upfront.

Honestly if you just have a candid conversation with your ETL-AP, you should be fine. Unless they are already trying to term you, I wouldn't lose sleep over this. What I mainly look for with rewraps is when a team member creates a massive markdown rewrap and then purchases it themselves...

Did their payment go through? I would have just not sold the guest the phone if the "problem" had solely to do with their purchase. Seems like a shocker to some that we can choose what we sell, who we sell to, and at what quantity.

We use empty package stickers. They're head over heels more useful that the mydevice garbage. None of it is populating in Greenfield for me as you'd expect.

If you get placed in a store with no APS, run. It's not worth the stress. I have only 1 TSS (formlerly TPS), 1 computer between the two of us, and it's driving me crazy.

People don't get termed for no reason. Sometimes, it's for reasons outside the control of the employee or leadership at the store.
