I had the fixture room super organized at the start of this year, then we did a remodel and a bunch of yahoos were in and out of it all summer and despite the fact I was the 'fixture' guy for the remodel, I also got to be the signing guy too because of course they decided not to have the signing...
I did the two seasonal overheads we had(I'm still not certain if something is missing but I couldn't find more so -_-), otherwise I do fuckallnone of it, and won't unless explicitly ordered to. I still assist some TMs who know I'm the guy to go to for questions about pogs/fixtures/signing, but...
Lets see 'em at a register for eight hours on, eight off, eight on again and then I'll feel like they ain't just making a token attempt to look like they 'worked'
Man, at first I was a bit miffed when leadership at more store apparently decided they didn't need me to do any signing, or sort pallets, or clean up the fixture room or do any of the things literally no one else will do, but I'm getting better at letting the complete disaster my store has...

I spoke a bit to...
Did the Cat and Jack gateway signing myself, second one took about an hour and a half.
Had a visit from a HQ person today who observed my process for breaking down my signing pallet, supposedly going to be working with CEVA to improve what they send us. Seemed focused on better labeling of...
I have almost nothing for stationary. I got two new posterboard fixtures, and two other fixtures from that section along with them... all of which are still brand new from last year. Otherwise the signing I've gotten is like, a 6x18 and a shelftalker and thats it.
Just remembered, got a handful...
Probably because they have no idea what stores actually have. My store only has a backlit movie fixture at the checklanes, and last month they started sending me 6 graphics, and have continued to send me 6 every week.
