I had someone ask for four puppuccinos today and I had to grit my teeth, do it, say thank you and smile but I was dying inside. It feels like we’re always running out of heavy cream and I don’t even get to charge them for all the whip lol but oh well I guess.

They’re returned worse at my store lol I say just try at a store you feel will do it and see what happens if you really don’t want them anymore. One good thing about going to another store is they really don’t know you. Meaning if you’re embarrassed, it won’t matter cuz they won’t remember you.
