In my former market Target is now only paying $1 over the state's minimum wage. This is in NYS. This means you cannot expect people to do all of these things for at most $40 per week more than what they would be paid to just show up at say the local grocery chain or a dollar store.
Weird that the government would allow that to happen with that train.
My grocery store that I used to work at would only get trucks on 5 days a week. It was about 15 total trucks because putting produce, meat, and dairy, and frozen on the same trailer is not a best practice.
There are exactly 0 United States resturaunts that don't do this. And if you tip $5 you aren't even covering the taxes on that sale and should not be eating out.

If these changes cause anyone to commit suicide that means that Target should be held liable. If they don't then well I will eat a pile of rotten avacodos.
