I've noticed that the past few years they omitted the part on the last page where you could add comments. Now they tell you to talk to store leads on any issues you may have, which no one likes to do. They don't want to hear it!

I do the repacks for break-out for all of Hardlines. Every morning I have to get 52 carts. 10 of those are for use in C & D for flow to use to work 0ff pallets. Carts are usually brought back up after use.

I think that if you were to ask Target "do you want it done fast, or do you want it done right?" The honest answer would be "fast". It stopped being right a while ago.

Thanks for the feed-back. It seems it is all down to sales (which should make you try harder), lack of experience from those in charge, and apathy.

I don't know if other stores are feeling this, but I have been with Target for 15 years and have never seen it this bad. I work flow and I notice that never ever are flow team members held accountable for anything. But it goes beyond flow to every work center in the store. The store is beyond...

I think if this question was asked to the ones in charge of it all..."Do you want it done fast, or do you want it done right"? The answer unequivocally would be FAST. Our flow is constantly yelled at while pushing truck...."5 mins left. Get it done now!" At that point stuff is put anywhere...
