I didn’t get to read the entire thread, but is there a way to incorporate a feature wherein if you scan an item it’ll show you similar items either in a different size or color? For example: if someone brings you an xl T-shirt -that they want in a size small - it’ll show the different sizes...

I did. Again, not trying to be argumentative, but op comes off quite pleasant in their writing. Just cause they don’t like early morning shifts doesn’t mean they’re the problem.

Not to be argumentative, but we’re all basically on a timer. I have four hours to do everything for my section. Never caused me to treat people poorly.

I think we all have plenty to do without helping guests with every little thing. I’m so backed up I can’t complete my tasks in a four hour shift. I don’t know, it’s just frustrating to me to have to take phone calls and questions from people too lazy to help themselves.

Are you allowed to flex in areas that recently went through a reset? We aren’t and it’s hell.

Anyone else notice the target app kinda sucks for looking up items lately? I just always get “not sold in stores” whenever I look something up now. And it’s no where near specific enough. I could type in the exact color and size of an item and still get the whole search choices. Honestly...
