I'm trying to prep the backroom for holidays. We get so many dvds it's ridiculous. I remember reading that it's best practice to flex out all nop dvds to an endcap. If on an end cap, are they capable of being scanned when doing a scan return or must they all be backstocked? I'm getting...

Audits are the 6am person's job. Monday through Friday they are only around 65 scans. Weekends can go up to 120 scans. Between the backroom audit, sea, and misc research and exfs, everything gets done before 730 or 8.

I can see then how some are expressing frustration with the new system that will be starting. TLs and ETLs probably don't fully understand how to run the backroom properly. Our mid and closer surprisingly have so much downtime they just end up wandering for a few hours.

Then I wouldn't doubt that management is trying to get rid of you by making it sound like you should get a second job. If you do, watch how fast they'll deny your availability change.
