So our store just hired this new girl for softlines and she seems like she knows a lot if the job. So yeah i think she worked retail before. The other day i over heard the store manager asking her about the team members in softlines (including me) and did not hear anything else. Then she talks...

I asked HR if i can be on the Sales floor because i like to interact with people and being backstage is not my thing. She literally said she will change me to Softlines right away.

Im pretty much new to the forum, but made an account cus a lot of you are helpful. I was wondering why i have to call the ETL from the store i want to transfer to. The HR that is helping me emailed him my information, but she also wants me to call him. Why? What am i suppose to say? I would ask...
