Archived Former ETL -> now back as a TM?!

That’s interesting. Any current HRs know what I could ask for? Didn’t even think about this.

Can assure you it’s the first. I’m sorry you’ve had a rough go with your leadership!

Very familiar, not as out of touch as you would think considering the time frame. Sounds like something different and a new challenge.

Archived Former ETL -> now back as a TM?!

Hey friends, long time no see! Was with Target for almost a decade, grew up, moved away for them, and then left when I found something else I loved in a new city. Now I have more free time than I'd like to admit and it's been B O R I N G without my busy Q4s. Interviewing next week. :)

Archived Who gets the most red cards in your store?

You would be surprised how many carry a check, but yeah, if you consistently mention it they'll come back (and hopefully to you!). :)

Archived Who gets the most red cards in your store?

Literally I would only ask about the debit and would get 10-15 per week, primarily as a guest service team member.

Archived Firing over not selling enough red cards?

Some inaccurate information flying around here. A lot of the "bonus" info is on workbench. :)

Archived Firing over not selling enough red cards?

This will never make sense to me. You get put on corrective action if you don't do your job, which as a cashier is asking every guest if they want to save 5% with a Redcard (or however you phrase it). If you don't actually try, then you won't get any Redcards. If you have 200 or 300...

I'm glad that you've gotten good at regurgitating leadership expectations, however, might want to double check how that translates into what the current Target behaviors are.

If you're lucky enough to get an offer after your internship, I would probably look at how you communicate with people and perhaps make some adjustments.

So, they just recently changed the ETL bonus structure and not everyone knows what that process is. If you're trying to be petty and comment on something I've mentioned before it's incomparable. I would also say a disproportionate amount of team members need to know about Redcards as compared...

This thread in particular doesn't matter, but I just don't see the need to have five different intern threads. Partner with your trainer, with your recruiter, or with your STL. Every district is completely different and does things in their own special snowflake way. It would be way way more...

They might not have required them to take a pay cut? They might go to a university that has multiple class schedule options or has several sections of the same classes? Does it matter to you?

Because it's not unreasonable or unfeasible for someone to be working as a TL while finishing their senior year?

An EIT is definitely not an ETL because EIT's are hourly.
