We Went Viral on Facebook in a Bad Way 😢

    Open Market

You know, the past 4 or 5 years, my job at Spot has been a challenge. But, I do everything I can to make my area look good with fresh food and a nice presentation. Today was no different. A few holes, but it looks great...

No bikes built for over a year at my store.

These comments are so sad to read. The bike issue is a microcosm of everything else wrong in the stores. I can't believe how bad this once proud company has gone downhill over the past few years. You can't just blame it on covid, either. I'm sure there are good stores out there, but they seem...

    One more year?

I see you're still around too, redeye. I'm hanging by a thread. New team lead starts on Sunday. I cant count how many I've had in 23 years. Three leads this year alone in my area.

    One more year?

The biggest changes that I have seen from 1999 to 2022... 1). Online ordering & Fullfillment teams. 2). Eliminating the "closed" Backroom & Backroom team. 3). The unload process and pushing freight off of Uboats all day long. ...among numerous other changes. My biggest complaint would be...

    One more year?

Hi everyone. It's my annual post announcing my Target anniversary. On Tuesday, December 27th, I turn 23 in Spot years. Started working as a team lead back in the last millennium...December 27, 1999. I stepped down a few years ago and have been working in Open Market most recently. I've seen...

    22 years and still breathing

Right now, I'm staying for the medical and life insurance, mainly. Although I have Medicare, it's still cheaper working to keep medical insurance on my family right now. I got my $518 monthly Target pension in July, right after I turned 65. I get it the rest of my life. I bought a new car and...
