And FF calling out 🤷‍♂️ but my absolute favorite is when they call for fast service when all 3 front of store leaders are in the TL office 😂

It’s crazy to think, but Walmart out schedules us 10 to 1 🤷‍♂️ we’re starting to look like K-Mart in some stores…

I see the same thing at our store, they really treat our SSTLs way more aggressively… I watch them be the hardest working leaders in the building and the SD will still berate them over the radio for just little things.

I’ve seen 3 different team leads open last week at 330am, doesn’t matter if you are GMTL at our store.

It’s a hot mess, style has been devastated, they have almost no one until the evening, besides the breakout team.

Sounds like one of my old stores 🤷‍♂️

This has been a nightmare since last weekend, literally we all know by now, tech button goes off first thing in the morning, it’s dealing with same exact crap! Pretty much it’s 1-3 different times an hour we have to deal with it.

TLs jumping into carts often, calls for fast service almost all day, fitting room(close your eyes) and freight is completely backed up… Executives no where to be found, so everything is great! Haha!

Same issue is it at our store, HR team is basically acting like it’s not true…

This 👆 seeing neighboring stores have the sets done almost 2 weeks ago, while we are still drowning in pallets this week is driving me bonkers…

At least they push a couple of boxes… Our HR ETL is hilarious, shows up takes breakfast orders for most of the leaders and disappears for an hour getting the food.

I don’t think Target takes training seriously honestly… They really do rush team members to just knock out the online training, literally an ETL was saying just fast forward the videos and have you ever been sent to train to work at another store? Congrats, you save that store some payroll...

I can’t even imagine how much we have lost out of ours, we have walked in to just tags everywhere 🤷‍♂️
