    awesome...FYI this works on anything seasonal...next major one coming up...valentines day merch...look at the seasonal event dates on your PDA...drop it within that week and palletize it depending how big it is and boom...a nice ptm aisle in the making lol

    you log unto workbench then store reports, scroll down and click on store facts sheet...once you click on that you should see your store volume, demographics, distance between nearest competetor, ETL titles and names, bunch of info about store

    the sole purpose of detail reports is to make sure d-coded and clearance merch is out of that aisle, make sure right fill group merch is backstocked, and to follow up on how tm's backstock and hold tms accountable

    all you have to do is drop seasonal event batches...ask your LOG or backroom TL to show you...these batches will make you pull holiday merchandise by dept fill groups ex.(HOMEhol,CNDYhol)...it's the easiest way to get holiday out merch out

    if items you backstock drop in your CAFs then the accumulator is thinking the salesfloor needs it...if its true backstock, you can reset the accumulator for that particular item at any given time. But there's a lot of factors that you need to take in account before re-setting the accumulator...

    Research pulls has takes priority. If you think about it, research pulls are true "outs" that the instocks team physically scan. Thus not relying on batches created based on the sales accumulator. You should never have backstock from research pulls(except the leftovers from casestock)
