We received communication that there was a delay and we wont be getting them until early January now

It has to do with target switching to workday. Our etl hr told us that the only thing that will be flagged now is serious conduct terminations that headquarters will catch. Other than that, store side we can no longer access the old system to see if someone has ever worked for target.

Throw out the idea to have your breakout team do autofills. Ours pull it before starting so it's guarunteed to be pulled on time and they sort it to the proper vehicle for when dbos arrive.

What would cause an item with a capacity of 1 to drop in the auto fill when extra is back stocked? Recently, we were told to locate bras and once we did, they all dropped into auto fill after. This happens in shoes often, as well.

Ok, makes more sense now. Half my peers suck at holding their team accountable so I'll be disappointed when I can't do the coachings for them lol.

Did they let you stay at your store when you stepped down? We had someone try to do this and she was told she would have to transfer.

Does your new hires really need a day on the lanes? We do less than an hour. You could suggest less time on a register that day so the rest of the shift could be spent on the computer training.
