    New Rollouts for 2025?

I did a test like this for R300 few years back. Scanned all carton labels, popped open box scanned item and put quantity. Something for every repack. They refused to tell us results says it was classified, but said the results were what we thought they'd be..... im assuming shit.

    New Rollouts for 2025?

Wonder if bounce back foreshadowed new area ownership. Tech, beauty, baby, domestics and dec home are all under GM bucket for bounce back....

    2023 New pilots?

Wonder how serious they are about this process and if it'll actually roll out. Looks like a lot of leader headcount increases for it to actually effectively roll out.

Logistics Spot considering scanning trucks again

Like I said though, the reporting is hollostic now. If you pull all your OFOs to 100% your priorities will also be 100%.

That's your SD doing their own thing.

You can also still do OFOs, the reporting is hollostic now and OFO will count toward your priority %. I don't disagree that backrooms and floors were less/more full, but the time and pulling a single can of peas when there is already 99 on the floor was a waste of time.

Fortunately they don't break payroll apart like that. And they aren't taking away 50% "pull" payroll.

Priority fills take half the time and are much more efficient. OFOs for sure cleaned out backroom and kept stock levels low a lot better but are grossly inefficient.

Yeah we currently still have DBOs so that's how we rolling until the changes are made.

Have DBOs do them before they leave then like 2 4hr shifts at night, consistently around 80% for dpci fill. ($40-$50m super target)

12 sorters??? So 14 ppl in all unloading truck? That's wild. And the scanner marking backstock? I need more info!

    No sfs

Sounds like hours would go back into GM/salesfloor and "salesfloor" would be responsible for getting sfs picked and packed. Still a dedicated opu team.

    No sfs

I mean it's currently being piloted in a district near me, just didn't know if anyone had more info on it
