    Myself and one other person were asked to be digital advisors, but neither of us are electronics or FT. To be honest, I have no idea what this "position" is supposed to be, as we've had my devices for a long time and basically everyone but brand new TM's know how to use it.

    WOW. If that were the case, everyone at my store would be fired. Most of the TM's are super tight knit and hang out all the time. I text/have coworkers on Instagram and talk to them outside of work on the regular. That's a crazy rule.

    Okay, my store is saying the same thing...except the "change it at any cost!" bit. Ours is change it within reason...if it's too big of a difference call GSA/GSTL over.     I didn't even do BTS last year - oops. Only thing I want to comment on is OP's complaint about 45 minute lunch breaks...why is that a problem? We're legally allowed 45 minutes if we work over 5 hours...is it a state-by-state thing?

    Yesterday I had a woman say the ad for pet food was BOGO 50% off. I scanned it with the my device and pulled up the ad, which was 50% off dental treats. She insisted "that's not what the sign said." Yeah, okay lady. I didn't give it to her cos eff that.

    My store did that reset back in October. It was about 3 days of overnight shifts. Total hassle but it looked nice when they were first set.

    My store has to get 20 a day (we never do). It's ridiculous. I ask when I'm backing up but 50% of people I ask have one and don't want to use it. The rest don't want it. I don't push it - the goal is to get them to come back, not complain about harassment.
