It's simple for h q. You get this many hours, and the store has to make it work. Its brilliant for them.

Where do the etl's work 50 hours minimum? Seriously? Those at my store call in, are late, or 'work from home' so much they can't be putting in 40.

It's surely a stupid mistake. Someone wasn't paying attention when they edited the schedule. And they didn't proofread. Let them know asap. you shouldn't be required to work it.

Anyone else still having issues with e hr not communicating with max and having to use paper missed punch forms. Ours has been down for weeks, seems like it shouldn't be such a lengthy fix. I know there was a message board about it, but weeks to fix?

References don't come from anyone at your building. Like @redeye58 said, its start date, term date, and they have to go through t m s c to get info.

Demotion to team member in my building would mean a former 40 hour person would be getting 10 hours a week. Team leaders get the hours and I don't see how anyone could pay their bills after demotion
