I don't understand the big focus on the red cards especially after the big debacle in November. I still have guests that's are mad about this. They definitely ripped the band aid off too soon for this. I even have told the STL & the ETL's we need to focus on "the vibe" more making the guests...
I think the self checkouts are great, but in the long run don't you think that would hurt the store? We don't have our team members asking for red cards and we don't have that one on one guest-team member relationship.
