Typically ETLs work anywhere from 8-10hrs. Closing is usually the shorter shift. I definitely know of ETLs who work longer hours, but its not worth it. You will kill yourself and be unhappy.

Each store is going to be given REDcard goals instead of having conversion. Prompts are going away and the initial goal is going to be based on what your store did in 2014. If that is truly how it works I like it.

I was promoted internally about 7 years ago with a $3 raise that put me at a little over $16. I am now a Sr. TL and paid a little less than $24. I have a friend who promoted at the same store and is just now hitting $16 after 3 years. It really depends on the HR, STL, and experience.

Business Casual! You want to look nice and be comfortable at the same time. To those that are saying polos should not be worn I am wondering why? Look in the Red magazine and a NTU and you will see lots of ETLs, STLs, DTLs, etc. wearing polos. My current DTL wears nice polos all the time.
