I can safely say ours went very well. Reshop was the biggest problem, when I left last night we had 18 carts of unsorted reshop at GS. People did get angry at electronics and GS that they were not checking people out, and they had to wait in line that spanned all of A and most of G.
It basically boils down to, a few TMs that a few of us have "seniority" over is making more money an hour than us. They were hired about 6mos-1yr after us, is there anything we can do about this?
To that one guest who applied for the REDcard and didn't get approved and then insisted we "Take it back", sorry no can do! No one forced you to apply for it, and you could have decided otherwise at any point during the transaction.
Front end people, what do you do with your break schedule? Does your GSTL/GSA hold it, is it posted in a central location? Just curious, we have started doing it differently.
To that one guest who didn't get approved for the REDcard on the spot, who decided to complain and flash his AMEX card with a "$150,000 credit limit," not sure what you thought that was going to solve.
