Seasonal Cashiers would "forget" to give a gift card to the customer and keep it for themselves. A cart attendant lost his temper at a customer and throw a bottle at her (didn't hit her) and then called the LOD a fat cow.

Sometimes you should go above and beyond to make a customer happy but you also need to stick by your workers too. The biggest insult is when the ETLs side with the customer and never ever take your side into account.

I liked spacing them out. When I did cash office I did my thing and got out about 9;45ish took 15 then did lunch around 12noonish then took the final break 2 and was done at 3pm.

HAHAHA! Corp FINALLY gave this bitch a choice to either quit on her own or be fired! I do NOT feel bad for her at all. she made so many people miserable. I do feel bad for whatever store gets Cassie.
